At Croxford Electrical, we don’t stay still for long! We aim to be the best electrical contractor in Rugby, Daventry and surrounding areas. We achieve this by hiring the best, providing exceptional training experiences and retaining loyal staff. We have a proud history of up-skilling the local workforce since 1978, and this year is no different.
Technical Training
In fact, 2025 has been a bumper year for Croxford Electrical employee training. Three Apprentices completed their NVQ Level 3 apprenticeships and left their respective training providers (Warwickshire College and JTL.) Of these, two went on to pass their AM2S exams, first time, with distinction, to become Electricians. Our second year apprentice passed his IPAF training to work at height and is now qualified to operate both scissor-lifts and cherry pickers. (Thanks to the trainers at Nationwide Platforms.) Two of our electricians have passed the next phase of their training, City & Guilds 2391-52 Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing, working towards their next promotion. (Thanks to the team at RenewElecTraining for providing this outstanding course.)
All technical staff have undertaken their annual Asbestos Safety training, whilst new employees have also completed induction, along with Health and Safety training via our Human Focus platform.
Admin Training
The Admin Team haven’t been forgotten. Along with their own Human Focus Health and Safety modules, they’ve passed courses in Ladder Inspection, Sales and Marketing. Our Finance Assistant is even part way through her next ACCA accountancy module. (Please join me in wishing her luck for her exam in December!)
