Electrician (Newly Qualified NVQ Level 3)
Location: Rugby / Daventry
Hourly Rate: £14.03–£17.51 per hour (Dependent on Experience, JIB‑aligned)
Contract: Full‑time, 40 hours per week, PAYE
Driving licence: Full, clean licence required
About the Role
We’re looking for a newly-qualified NVQ Level 3 electrician or college leaver/Stage 4 apprentice who wants structured development and a clear path to AM2S within 12 months. You’ll work across commercial, industrial, and domestic with strong support from experienced electricians.

What You Need
- Completed 3rd year at college of NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent (essential)
- Minimum two years on the tools (essential)
- English and Maths GCSEs at minimum grade 4 or equivalent (essential)
- Full, clean driving licence (essential)
- Good attitude and willingness to learn (essential)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Rugby/Daventry area (essential)
- Achieved NVQ Level 3 (newly qualified – desirable)
- IPAF, PASMA, H&S (desirable)
Salary & Progression
£14.03–£17.51/hr depending on experience, with reviews as you progress toward AM2E.
